BIG NEWS!!! Yes, I have written two novels! I purposely kept my maiden name H. J. Blynn as my work before marriage, before my baptism. A few years ago, I entered the Catholic church and I am a different person now because of my baptism and because of God’s forgiveness. I didn’t realize until now when I kept finding myself going back to my novels, that I needed to follow my heart and listen to the Holy Spirit in the process.

Writing romance fiction is a very sensitive topic. Some authors can go very dark paths, but I have always chosen the light. I would love to see a shift in romance novels to be more inspiring for women to want a family instead of the hook-up culture.

There are many life changing principals and guides the Catholic church teaches us, and I would love to expose some of that truth to my readers through my books. Some women have never heard of these or may have always wondered. I want to share my talents with others in a way I know how.

I want to remind Catholic readers that not all humans are perfect and all of us are sinners. This writing offers a glimpse into redemption.
